Arizona state law provides for confidentiality similar to that of attorney client
privilege. We are legally prohibited from disclosing information from your
case file to someone else. What you say to us is held in strict confidence and is
not disclosed to others. We respect your privacy.

How are actual costs & services computed ?
Costs and investigative services are deducted from your retainer. Costs are
billed at actual cost. For example, if we pay a toll on a bridge during a
surveillance of a subject in your investigation, that toll amount is billed at the
actual cost. When you retain us, depending on the services requested, we
provide you with an information sheet outlining our investigative services and
fees. This insures that you are aware of the potential cost and fees for services
which may be incurred.
The retainer is considered the authorized upper limit of total investigative costs
and we will not exceed that amount without your express authorization. When
your investigation is completed, the balance of any unused retainer is
refunded to you.
